Interesting story about family of witches but I did feel that the main character was portrayed too mature for her age. Throughout the book, the author portrayed siblings and cousins as foolish kids when the twins were only a year younger than Chloe and the cousins were actually older at twenty-one. Somehow relationships are not making sense. Sister hates Chloe for leaving home after the parents died but she was only thirteen and how could Chloe know sister’s character when they only talked on the phone now and again for the past 6 years. This kind of writing doesn’t make sense to me when everything plays out nicely for the characters and it was a bit too informative to be realistic.

I just loved this book and i would recommend it for all readers, this is such a great story about family and everything that includes what goes with family but with a twist , I hope you enjoy it as much as I have
I really enjoyed reading Tethered, a story about Chloe and the powers possessed by her Wiccan family. They'd tried to keep their origins a secret, but when her sick grandfather falls into a coma, decisions are made which places the secret at risk. I liked the characters and the pacing. A budding romance doesn't hurt either. I recommend this book to teens and older.
Chloe shouldn't have to bare the burdens at 19 that most people couldn't handle ever. I love that Hunter is the one that makes everyone realize that not everyone is bad. I could only wish that I had the gifts....or the curse...depending on how you look at it, that they all share. I also wider if there is a point in which Chloe will tell her family of the vision she had that cost her everything..
I am looking into buying book two now....update ya once I read it.
Tethered is a very well written book why it may have taken me a minute to fully get into it the book will grab you and not let go! This amazing book will teach you how much love and forgiveness can over come anything. Just believe magic is every where and love is always the best option
I loved this book! You can't help but fall in love, not only with Chloe Bishop, but with the entire Bishop clan.

From the very beginning, you were drawn into the story. Chloe is a very appealing character and she does a wonderful job of narrating the story.

I enjoyed watching Chloe's relationship with her family as they learned to heal and forgive. And the beginning of the relationship between Chloe and Hunter was beautiful to witness.

The story was sweet and endearing and it reminded me of those TV families that you wish you could be a part of.
There is definitely potential with this writer. great plot gave it the 3 stars. would have given it a 4 but I couldn't wrap my mind around the way the characters spoke to one another. it just didn't seem realistic enough. they didn't come off as family members to me more like how acquaintances would speak. while I'm at it I have noticed a lot of books have a gorgeous girl on the cover but they make the character seem as if they are oblivious to this. it's annoying people I mean come on why is she so confused by why the Mr. perfect love interest thinks she's beautiful the picture on the cover is of a flawless symmetric face.

How distracted did I get?
Tethered is a captivating sweet paranormal romance that is a refreshing read. Chloe is a down to earth girl who from the get go had me sucked in to her drama filled world. Her relationship with her siblings is totally fascinating. I loved that each family member has a different gift and how different they are. As for the Hottie McTotties, there are more than enough in this book. Her brother Dru, cousins Aiden and Ash and we can't forget her love interest Hunter…lè sigh… He's a hunka hunka fireman that will spike your temp! He's a gentleman, sweet and a living Adonis! I love reading books that I don't have to worry about recommending for my friends kids or my family. This is definitely a wonderful Sweet Paranormal romance that I would highly recommend!
